Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Opening files and gathering client information
• Coordinating and corresponding with clients, Brokers, Real Estate agents and other lawyers
• Ordering strata forms and mortgage payouts
• Conducting land title searches and tax certificates
• Performing due diligence searches
• Maintain internal online filing system.
• Assisting the conveyancers where necessary to coordinate the flow of information between departments and personnel
• Distribution of faxes and incoming mail
• Helping with bank runs when needed
• Such other administrative duties as the Firm may reasonably direct during employment

Skills Requirements:
Minimum one year experience in the same or similar role mandatory.

Experience working in an office setting mandatory.

Very organized.

Able to work independently.

Education Requirements:

Completion of a post- secondary degree required.
