Requirements:
Experience: 1 year or more
Education: Not required
Language: Basic English
Duties:
- Prepare and cook Thai cuisine`s full course meals, individual dishes and foods such as pad thai, green, red and yellow curries, sauces, salads, traditional rolls, etc.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Ensure quality of food meet standards
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Supervise and train kitchen helpers and new employees.
