Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and maintain the ductwork, vents, and other components of a building's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system
- Explaining the cleaning process to customers, addressing concerns, and providing information about maintaining good indoor air quality.
- Operating lifts & other vehicles
- Replacing air filters regularly to maintain air quality and system efficiency
- Maintaining and properly storing specialized equipment & tools
