Hours: 8 hour shift, 5 days a week

Title – Food Service Manager

Qualifications

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: Over 2 years as Supervisor or Manager in Food service sector.

Fast Food Restaurant

On site

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost & maintain the restaurant profits.
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit & Training of New staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize & maintain inventory
• Adress Customer’s complaints or concerns
• Plan, organize, direct, control & evaluate daily operations.
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
