Job description:
LOCATION: 130 King St. W. Toronto, ON, M5X 2A2
SALARY: $17.00 per hour; full-time position (40 hours/week)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise, manage and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for preparation
- Prepare order summaries for Barista and Bakers according to requests from customers
- Manage Catering set up at customer location and improve service
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and in accordance with agreement entered into with customers
- Planning catering menus and determine related food and labour costs
- Develop and design Individual pack catering service for events
- Understand specific customer need according to food allergies and sensitivity and provide options
- May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
