Location: Kitchener, ON, N2G 2L3 (Remote work available)

Salary: $80.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing financial strategies aligned with company goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Creating and executing strategic initiatives to meet company objectives, such as establishing growth goals, recognizing market prospects, and aligning business operations with industry trends.
  • Evaluating and reducing financial risks through efficient strategies and controls.
  • Mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, including digital strategists, SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, and analysts
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements. Encouraging innovation and driving the adoption of new technologies within the company.
  • Evaluating and minimizing risks related to project delivery, client relations, and market shifts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and expanding the company's client base.
  • Developing contingency plans and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Leading and managing a team of web developers, designers, project managers, and support staff. Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with other companies to enhance the company's offerings and capabilities.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, finance, computer science, or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum five years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services is essential.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a positive work environment and motivating employees.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively, considering various factors and potential outcomes.
  • Skillful in recognizing problems, analyzing data comprehensively, and executing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
