Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who prepare and serve drinks, beverages, and other food items.
- Schedule and assign duties to team members and prepare the work schedules.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
