Job description:
1 Permanent full-time position of Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) available at 1708947 Ontario Inc O/A Tim Hortons located at Unit-41, 385 Frederick Street, Kitchener, ON, Canada
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Leading/instructing individuals
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- Secondary School Completion.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year experience required.
