Job Requirements


Languages: English
Education: College Degree 

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

(Experience in Pet Supplies, Food, or Toys is added advantage and will be given preference. Experience in Pet Retail Stores or Chain Stores is preferred. Applicant must be highly pet friendly and should have a likeness to pet owners)

Tasks to Complete 

  •  Manage staff and assign duties
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Manage inventories
  • Communicate with other branches to arrange proper inventory for sale.
  • Coordinate with Store Manager / Director of Sales for day-to-day operation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff
  • Training and assesment of new staff. 
  •  Any other Retail Based Managerial duties asked by the Management.
