Wadhawan Holdings Ltd. is looking “Farm Supervisor” for their farm located in Abbotsford, BC.

Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Terms of employment: Permanent/Full Time

Vacancies: 1

Salary: C$20.50/hr 40 hrs a week 
Education: Secondary (high) school graduate certificate

Start Day: As soon as possible
Language Requirement: English

Experience: Will train

Address:  Abbotsford, BC, V2S 8A4

Work Site Experience: Outdoor, Wet/damp, Hot, Early morning, Evening, Night shift, Weekend

Main Duties:  

• Co-ordinate the activities of the labourer.
• Supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Maintain detailed work records and logs
• Hire and train new staff, assist them in work when needed; making them familiar with the farm equipments.
• Operate and ensure maintain of the farm machinery and equipment.
• Perform general farm duties also, making sure the labourers are performing it.
• Ensure all the work is completed as per the standards and within the time frame.  
• Be able to supervise minimum 5–10 people at all times.
