Job Duties:
• To look after the complete office work, reviewing emails and forwarding them to the appropriate/concerned persons.
• Keep secure records of ingoing and outgoing inventory
• Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents.
• Report any damaged stock or equipment to the superior.
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries.
• Keep a record of the office expenses and other important communication related to business.
• Establish work priorities as per preference.
• Ensure smooth operation of the office and order the supplies to be used in the office.
• Receive, greet, and direct visitors and clients.
• General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Requirements:
• Completion of High School.
• Post-secondary education or/and a minimum of 6 months of work experience in the same field is required.
