Job Duties
1) Oversee and direct activities of workers engaged in preparing products for the sales force and customers;
2) Identify process improvements for continued high quality products to our Sales Reps and Customers;
3) Ensure effective communication and recognition of leads and team;
4) Foster free exchange of ideas while ensuring compliance with Quality Procedures;
5) Review methods and approaches to effective work instructions;
6) Accurately diagnose issues, develop solutions and implement action plans;
7) Ability to supervise 16-20 workers
