Dubb Pharmacy Inc. O/A Shoppers Drug Mart 1415, located at 2140 King Road, King City, Ontario, L7B 1L5 requires 1 Assistant Front Store Manager on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 22 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 2 years to less than 3 years’ experience. Additionally, 4 % vacation pay will be paid out per year along with other health benefits as per company policy.

Job Duties:

 

  • Maintain store standards to optimise customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
  • Assist the Front Store Manager with labour scheduling and leverages work force management to maximize labour productivity
  • Ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the store
  • Assist Front Store Manager to hire and /or support hiring for all departments, excluding pharmacy.
  • Follow up with Supervisors to ensure communication cascade for evening /weekend huddles and timely updates as required.
  • Generates daily low stock report and provides to merchandisers/section captains.
  • Communicate expected deliveries with receiver to develop an action plan for receiving.
  • Ensures that backroom inventory management initiative (BIMI) is always to standard.
  • Assists Front Store Manager to ensure all product-related processes are implemented effectively.
  • Highlights new products, reinforces with staff the need to share upcoming events with customers,
  • Recognizes CSI performers during Daily Huddle / Shift.
  • Maintains wage administration within SLPH guidelines.
  • Drives blue culture, engagement, and leads and motivates staff through leading by company’s core values.
