Salary: $35.25 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop marketing strategies by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement effectively.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across platforms to build community and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Create engaging email marketing campaigns by designing newsletters, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior, conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement in digital strategies.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely publication of blog posts, videos, and other digital content that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor online reputation by responding to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms, enhancing brand image, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on digital trends by researching emerging technologies and marketing techniques to keep strategies innovative and competitive in the market.
  • Prepare performance reports to communicate campaign results to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations for future marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on target audiences, preferences, and behaviors, guiding campaign development and improving overall marketing effectiveness.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • CEGEP or college diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related area.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating proficiency in various digital channels.
  • Proficient in SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic through keyword optimization and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, developing engaging content, managing posts, and analyzing audience engagement to increase brand awareness.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools and techniques, creating compelling campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analyzing metrics to improve open rates.
  • Ability to analyze web analytics tools, interpreting data to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and inform future marketing strategies.
