Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with IT capabilities and support organizational goals for effective solutions.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and streamline operations across departments.
- Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize IT workflows, aiding stakeholders in understanding system interactions and supporting optimization efforts.
- Develop functional specifications and design documents for new systems, ensuring they meet user requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights, supporting decision-making processes and ensuring data-driven strategies align with business objectives.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use new systems and processes implemented.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and changes to ensure transparency, facilitate knowledge transfer, and comply with organizational standards.
- Assist in managing change initiatives, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring that new systems and processes are adopted smoothly.
- Identify potential risks associated with system implementations or changes, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.
- Participate in project management activities, tracking project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion within budget and scope.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, resolving issues related to systems and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions and strategies to enhance business processes and drive organizational efficiency.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A diploma from a college or CEGEP in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to evaluate complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
- Previous experience of 1 year to less than 2 years in business analysis, project management, or IT consulting is preferred.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across departments, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements.
- Strong skills in creating clear, concise documentation for requirements, processes, and system specifications are essential.
- Proficiency in database management, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools helps in tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, remaining flexible to meet evolving business needs and challenges.

Salary: $45.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
