Schedule: Typical shifts could be on weekends or evenings. Candidate must have flexibility in availability, as mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays are all required.

Job Duties:
- Preparing and cooking meals, dishes, sauces, and sides.
- Kitchen operations.
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Assist in cleaning kitchen and work area with kitchen staff.
- May assist Manager or Owner with the planning of feature menus, determining size of food portions, estimation of food requirements and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies as necessary.
- May train kitchen staff as requested by Manager or Owner.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Fast paced high volume restaurant experience is required.
- Completion of secondary school is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of cooking or food handling experience.
- Food Safe certificate.
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service to our guests.
