2413172 Ontario Inc. O/A Borgata Event Centre by Avani located at 8400 Jane Street,
Vaughan, ON, L4K 4L8 requires 6 Indian Specialty Cook on permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 34.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 2 years to less than 3 years’ verifiable experience is required. Job Duties;
- Prepare Indian meals for parties with ethnic taste and texture.
- Organize and oversee banquet buffet.
- Suggest Recipe Combinations and Fusions for special party orders.
- Overlook the stock level and assist in ordering of dairy, fresh produce, meat and dry goods as per requisitions and requirement of kitchen.
- Plan the menu, size of food portion, estimates food requirements and costs as per party size.
- Dealing with customer concerns related to food.
- All other relevant tasks
