Responsibilities
Tasks
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Recruit and train staff in compliance with Franchise requirements
- Assign the work schedules and monitor the performance of team members
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Control inventory, food & paper costs and modify procedures
- Collect, record and deposit all revenues received at the component.
- Reslove customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Responsible for overall operations on your shifts including compliance with all standards and policies
