Responsibilities:
Tasks:
Follow safety and security policies, procedures, standards, and regulations and help enhance them
Address issues and complaints, implementing solutions and process enhancements
Train Team Members on job responsibilities, as well as requisitioning supplies and resources
Instruct workers on the duties and obligations of their jobs, in addition to the procurement of goods and resources
Accomplish the same tasks as employees being supervised; may be responsible for conducting performance evaluations of those employees
