JOB DESCRIPTION:

Domino’s restaurant is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Asst. Restaurant Managers (NOC 60030) for its locations at 96 Innovation Drive, Kingston, Ontario and 2469 Princess Street, Kingston, Ontario. We are looking for committed, caring, and energetic individuals who will make Domino’s the great place it is to work. JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate and manage the entire operation of the restaurant.
• Manage the entire staff of the restaurant and coordinate their work.
• Generate detailed daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on business, staff, and profit.
• Schedule staff in consultation with the restaurant manager.
• Estimate consumption & maintain inventory.
• Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Responsible for increasing the business of the restaurant.
• Increase the profits by minimizing wastage & cost control.
• Provide excellent customer service & resolve customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 6-months or more
• Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Wages: $34.10/hour
• 30-45 hours/week
