O/A Bumblebee Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd., located at 12815 Clarke Place #130, Richmond, BC, specializes in top-quality window and skylight cleaning, gutter services, power washing, and snow removal throughout Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We provide professional, prompt, and friendly service while consistently excelling in the window and exterior cleaning industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and support our operations.
Wage CAD $34.75/hr, Full-time and Permanent

- Experience: One or more years
- Language: English
- Education: High School
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the work activities of cleaning staff
- Schedule and assign work duties to team members
- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
- Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis
- Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
- Prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain financial records
- Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy
- Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
